AMP Fall 2014 What's New

SSB BART Group's (SSB) Accessibility Management Platform (AMP) Fall 2014 release offers AMP users a variety of new capabilities, both in enhancements to current functionality as well as new, robust features, including:

AMP Help Desk

AMP Support just got a whole lot better with the launch of AMP Help Desk, a cutting-edge, one-stop destination for all of your AMP Support needs. AMP users now have streamlined access to new and improved support via SSB's Help Desk Portal.

AMP Fall 2014 contains a new Help Desk main navigation tab for easy access. By simply using AMP credentials, AMP Help Desk provides rapid access to documentation, frequently asked questions and SSB’s expert AMP Technical Support Team. AMP Help Desk Support also provides time saving tools such as ticket views, ticket automation, and an in-depth knowledge base.

AMP Test Creation Workflow - Now You Can Test a List of URLs

Have you ever wanted to perform key property testing on only a targeted set of URLs? Now with the latest enhancement to the AMP Test Creation Workflow it's simpler than ever!

AMP’s testing workflow has been enhanced to provide for the ability to upload a list of URLs. This functionality makes it effortless to test a list of URLs on a regular basis. For example, choose your company’s top 100 visited pages and create a single AMP Test to track the overall compliance of those URLs over any set period of time. Each time the new AMP Test runs, a new AMP Report is created to track the most current and up-to-date compliance information.

Graphical Email Notifications

Email notifications now include report widgets and are delivered in HTML format, providing an at-a-glance visual representation of the native AMP Report. This allows users to obtain high-level information immediately, without having to log in to AMP.

Updated AMP Toolbar for Internet Explorer

The AMP Toolbar for Internet Explorer has been updated to be compatible with Windows XP, 7 and 8. Additionally, the AMP Toolbar now supports Internet Explorer versions 8, 9, 10 and 11. AMP users will find a link to install the latest version of the AMP Toolbar for Internet Explorer under the Toolbox tab of AMP.
